What counts as a page?
On our website (the website you are on now), see on the menu on the left with Active School, Features & Tour, Templates etc. Each of these are a page. You can make each page as long as you like down the page (vertical scrolling will just continue down the page).

What do I need to run Active School?
Active School works on PC or Mac (with an internet connection) running Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2. Your Published or live website works on all major web browsers (IE 5.5, 6, 7, FF 2, Safari, Opera).

How do I buy / signup?

Please fill out the Active School Order Form and fax it back to us. We will invoice your school each year for the ongoing fees. Give us a call and we will send you the Order Form and an Information Pack. The Information Pack includes helpful information for schools and a Process Guide to help you bulk email home your school newsletters (we have worked with Principals to make this super easy for you!)

How long does it take Webation to design the website?
After we receive all the information from you (logo, pictures etc), the process takes 1 – 2 weeks.

Can Webation visit my school before we order using the “Active School Order Form”?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not visit your school before you order – we only visit for staff training. Our website offers screenshots and video demonstrations of Active School. You can also signup for a free trial and talk with us on the phone – we are only too happy to help!

What happens if I am not happy with my website?
This is highly unlikely; however, Webation offers schools a full money back guarantee on any ongoing, unused fees within the first 30 days after your website is completed.
