1) How do I create a new page? Select the “Page Manager” tab and click “Add New Page”. Alternatively you can click the “website structure” button (under the same tab) to view the overall structure of your website. From here, simply click the “Add Quick Page” button and new pages will be added with each click. To rename a new quick page click the name twice and type a new name.
2) How do I move a page? In the “Page Actions” icon group there are two “Indent” buttons which will move the selected page “in” a level or “out” a level. To change the order of the pages click and drag the page to a new position.
3) Where do I change page properties? To change the properties of a page select it by clicking on it once while inside the “Website Structure” page. Select the second button in the “Page Actions” icon group, and there you will be able to change the page properties.
4) Can I make pages only available to certain people? Yes, inside the “Website Structure” page there is a button titled “Secure”. This is where you are able to setup users and groups of users who will be able to access secured pages. Once you have setup a group with its users, go back to the “Website Structure”, select the page you would like to secure, then click the “Page Properties” button. Under “Additional Options”, choose the “Secure Group” and click “Update Page”. You will now notice that inside the site structure there is a Padlock icon next to the page name, which means that the page is now secure.
