1) I pay monthly via credit card, how can I update / change my card details? To change your credit card details, you can either (a) contact Webation (b) do it yourself online.
(a) Contact us and provide us with your new credit card details
(b) To update your credit card information, you must have your WorldPay username and password. These are different from your Webation Active username and password. WorldPay is the company that we use to process your monthly fee.
Login to WorldPay and enter in your username and password. You will see an overview page with all your WorldPay agreements - in most cases only one. Click on the left "Agreement ID" number, then click the "Change Payments Details" button which is across the top of the page and enter in your new credit card details. Then just click "Submit" and you have finished.

2) How can I get a Tax Invoice? If you are paying monthly via credit card, Tax Invoices are automatically created when we bill your credit card. To view or print your Tax Invoice, click the "Admin" tab, then in the "Account" icon group, click the "Invoices" icon. On this page, you can view and print your Tax Invoices by clicking the little "printer" icon on the right of each of the invoices.
3) I don't want to pay by credit card, can you send me an invoice? Certainly. You can either pay monthly by credit card or quarterly in advance via invoice (Web 1 plan is yearly in advance). When you receive an invoice from us, you can then choose to pay it via check (cheque), direct deposit or credit card over the phone.
