PC
On a Windows PC, you can use Webation Active works with Windows XP, Server 2003, Vista and Windows 7. You have to have the correct web browser installed. By default, Windows Vista comes with Internet Explorer version 7 and Windows 7 comes with Internet Explorer version 8.
You either have to use Internet Explorer version 7 or 8 OR Firefox version 2, 3 or 3.5.

You can download Internet Explorer version 8 directly from Microsoft.
IMPORTANT information about Internet Explorer version 8
Before you login to Webation Active, you must put the browser into "Compatability View" mode. Click on the Compatability View button in the web browser at outlined in the image below (with the red square): -

Mac
On a Mac computer, you need to be running Mac OS X (most versions will work). You have to use the correct web browser.
You have to use Firefox version 2, 3 or 3.5. You CAN NOT use Apple's Safari.

General Note
Both Internet Explorer and Firefox are the two officially supported web browsers for Webation Active. Compatability with Safari, Opera and Chrome are not officially supported at this time.
